Raelyn Allen, M.A. has 14 years of experience in grants management across both nonprofit and private sector industries. She has secured more than $500 million in grant funding to support complex, multi-sector initiatives spanning housing, disaster recovery, public health, community development, and reentry. She leads large, multidisciplinary teams through the full grant lifecycle, including program design, grant writing, financial oversight, compliance monitoring, quality control, and closeout. Additionally, she has directed various FEMA PA disaster recovery portfolios supporting $2B+ reimbursements across multiple states and disaster declarations.

Raelyn is an effective communicator who leads complex, cross-sector projects across agencies and institutions. A dedicated community advocate, she has served as Secretary on the Board of RESOLVE of Greater Rochester and as a facilitator for the City of Rochester Neighborhood Safety Net. Most recently, she led a large-scale, data-driven outreach effort across 28 counties in Western North Carolina, expanding access for Hurricane Helene-impacted households.

Before beginning her colorful career, Ms. Allen interned as an international political assistant for Parliament in London, United Kingdom.
